What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is 100-200 cartons depending on product type. Sample orders of 5-10 cartons available for new customers.
What certifications do your products have?
Ray Fireworks holds ISO9002 certification. Products comply with CE, UN and DOT requirements.
How do you ship internationally?
We ship via sea freight (LCL or FCL) complying with IMDG regulations. We work with experienced pyrotechnics freight forwarders.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. T/T bank transfer and L/C accepted.
What is the lead time?
In-stock items: 7-15 days. Custom/OEM orders: 30-50 days.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Sample orders available for new customers. Shipping cost borne by buyer, deductible from first full order.
